Everyone loves Level One. Originally designed for those new to the gym and training, Level One is also popular with veteran clients looking for an easier paced workout, or who are starting back into their training routine. Level One includes the most basic movements and an arrangement of non-intimidating total body exercises. Everyone succeeds in Level One. Expect your FITx coach in this 60 minute group session to be very instructional and the music to be even more motivating.
Abs&Butt has only one purpose, to flatten your abs and shape your butt. You’ll waste no time in this exhilarating 30 minute session working your core to the max. Inviting for members of any fitness level, you’ll enjoy a mix of effective high and low exercises together with great music that will definitely tone your mid-section and lift your rear.
Cross Train is the original 60 minute total body (H.I.I.T.) training session. Expect it all, plus the kitchen sink, in this motivating 60 minute group training session. Open to clients of any fitness level, Cross Train delivers the absolute best total body workout and the most innovative exercises. Including the fitness industry’s newest fitness tools and equipment, you can look forward to your FITX coach introducing new workouts and music almost every week.
Be strong with FITx Strength. This exhilarating 30 minute weight training session utilizes traditional exercises such as curls, squats, and presses to build strength, confidence, and overall muscular conditioning. No worries, you choose the weight factor and pace. Light, heavy, or even zero weight; everyone gets results with Strength. Lead by your FITx coach to beat of the music, expect to be coached about form and technique to maximize results and safety.
Endurance is the perfect 30 minute stamina building, fat burning workout. This high energy, non-stop group training session will maximize the benefits of FITx “Functional Interval Training” to build your confidence and tone your entire body. Be prepared to challenge yourself in this ALL cardio, motivating, group training session. Designed for clients from beginner to intermediate, this program is the perfect tool to prepare for FITx Level Three.
Congratulate yourself if you survive a FITx Level Three session. Designed to push your limitations, this 60 minute extreme group training session utilizes the most advanced training tools and includes almost no rest periods. Surrounded by awesome music and sometimes lead by your club’s Fitness Director, this session is for select FITx training clients only. If you’re serious about getting results and are up for the challenge, your FITx coach will accept nothing but 110% participation and perfect form.
