If done correctly you can have a very good lean aesthetic physique but if you do it in the wrong way you might get skinnier sure and lose a ton of weight but majority of this weight will come off from your muscle mass and will probably keep unpleasant amount of fat still in your body not getting the desired lean physique and perhaps getting into the zone of what people call "Skinny Fat".

You need to be able to see how your body reacts to this methods and be willing to adapt as your body changes.
